Digital Advertising Account Manager
Royle Media has an open position for an account manager to join our digital advertising agency. The candidate must enjoy working with people, have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. This is a “client facing” position that requires meeting with business owners and executives on a regular basis through video conferencing and occasionally in-person. Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
The digital advertising account manager works closely with the company’s sales professionals to on-board new digital clients, manage their campaigns, create reports, and provide excellent customer service. This is not a sales position, but is an excellent introduction to sales.
Royle Media is a technology company, and there is an abundance of learning opportunities in digital marketing, internet advertising and website development, as well as the ins and outs of small business. This is a writing-intensive job in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Interest in digital advertising and marketing
- Ability to quickly learn and use new technology and online tools
- Proficiency with Office software including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Experience with Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads or Analytics is a plus
- Good time management skills, work ethic, and ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Strong organization skills
- Being a positive team player
- Occasional travel outside of Portland to meet with clients
- Depending on experience
