The Ridgefield Raptors needed to establish their brand as a new collegiate wood-bat baseball team in Ridgefield, Washington and sell tickets both online and at the box office for their inaugural season.
We set up online ticket sales conversions and geo-fence location conversions to monitor the effect of our digital ads on the Raptors online ticket sales and walk-up foot traffic. Over the course of 4 months, we served more than 1.3 million digital ad impressions to the City of Ridgefield and its surrounding towns, resulting in a 0.092% click through rate and 1,233 clicks.
The Raptors finished their first-ever season in the black, with 1,076 ticket transactions attributed to digital advertisements and another 282 location conversions. For every $1 spent in digital advertising, we returned $3 in ticket sales revenue.
